Let me get this straight...there was a category 1 Hurricane. I was there, on vacation, in Cozumel, Mexico when it hit land. It was no worse than a really bad rain storm. We played like tourists in the rain, got wet, but still enjoyed the day. When we get home, gas prices are up, through the roof. There is no damage, there is no change in demand for oil. There was no adverse affect from this tiny hurricane on the oil spill that is going on in the Gulf of Mexico. So why are our prices up? Some major string puller in the oil industry felt that they could get away with it....and they have. That's why. That's the only reason why.
Seriously, this is a time where change is needed badly. Protest, protest loudly!
