National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.  There is a terrific organization that is a registered 501c3 charity and they collect donations for research on childhood cancer.  They are called the MACC FUND.  You can check them out at www.maccfund.org.  In recent years they have helped to bump up the survival rate to 80% or better.  You can now text them a $10 donation, charges will appear on your cell phone bill.  Just send CURE to 52000, and then text yes to confirm your donation.
